Béatrice Deslauriers
Pilates Teacher
Béatrice completed her comprehensive classical Pilates teacher training with Real Pilates while living in Montreal. Her passion for movement began at a young age through ballet and naturally evolved into her field of study: physiotherapy. She holds an undergraduate diploma in Physical Therapy Assistance.
Béatrice began her career working in various clinics as a Physical Therapy Assistant, where she was first introduced to Pilates in a clinical setting in Canada. She chose to deepen her expertise through comprehensive Pilates training, becoming certified across multiple apparatus from basic to advanced levels.
With a strong foundation in physiotherapy, a background in dance, and an in-depth understanding of the Pilates repertoire, Béatrice is able to work with a wide range of clients and conditions. She is dedicated to creating sessions that leave each client feeling stronger, more balanced, and more connected to their body.
For Béatrice, Pilates is more than exercise—it is a way to support others through movement and education, empowering them to better understand and care for their bodies.
Outside the studio, Béatrice enjoys hiking and exploring new hobbies, whether it’s surfing, painting, or snowboarding. She also has a passion for travel and discovering new cultures.
