Bridget works as an musculoskeletal physiotherapist at arc in Kelburn and brings a wealth of experience having worked in Australia and the UK, in private practices treating a wide range of conditions.
She has a Bachelors of Physiotherapy (Otago) as well as Physical Education (Otago) and pretended to be ballerina unsuccessfully when she (successfully) completed her Polestar Pilates rehabilitation certificate in 2017.
Bridget is currently working towards training as a Pelvic health physiotherapist. She enjoys solving complex problems and takes a collaborative biopsychosocial approach to improving her clients quality of life.
When not working at the clinic Bridget has two small humans who keep her busy as well as attempting to return to the vaguely active lifestyle she enjoyed before her life was taken over by said small humans. She also likes to cook and is currently nerding-out about sourdough and gardening.
