A letter from Daiana

Dear friends, colleagues, and clients,

As many of you now know, I will soon be leaving Arc and moving on to a new role. Before I do, I wanted to take a moment to say thank you to the people who have made the last five years so special.

When I look back on my time here, what I will remember most is not the building, the schedules, or the day-to-day tasks. I will remember the people.

To my clients, thank you for your trust and your loyalty.  It has been a privilege to support your wellbeing, celebrate your progress, and be a small part of your journey. Thank you for allowing me to do the work that I genuinely love. While many of you first came through the door as clients, so many of you became much more than that. We shared conversations, laughter, challenges, achievements, life updates, and countless moments in between. It is those connections that I will miss the most. Being invited into someone's health and wellbeing journey is something I have never taken for granted. Thank you for trusting me, for allowing me to support you, and for sharing parts of your lives with me. Whether we worked together for a few months or for many years, each of you has left a mark on my journey.

To my fellow Pilates teachers, Physios, Nina, Janna, Liz and the whole team thank you for your generosity and support. You are the people who created what Arc is. The laughs in between treatments/classes, the words of encouragement, the sharing of knowledge, and the willingness to support one another are memories I will carry with me for a long time. I feel incredibly grateful for the relationships that were built here and for all the people who crossed my path during this time. You have taught me, challenged me, supported me, and helped me grow both professionally and personally.

Leaving is bittersweet. I am excited for the next chapter, but it is not easy to step away from Arc as it has been an important part of my life. Many of you have seen me grow not only as a practitioner but also as a person. Some of you knew me before I became a Mum, and some welcomed Greta into the world alongside me. For that, I will always be grateful.

I wish each of you continued health, happiness, and success, I hope life is kind to you, and I hope our paths cross again in the future.

With love and gratitude,
Daiana
