Nina grew up in Rotorua and graduated from Otago University in 2008. In 2011, she completed a Certificate in Western Acupuncture at AUT.

With a strong interest in musculoskeletal conditions, Nina travelled to the UK, where she gained valuable experience working in both hospital settings and private practice.

While in London, she completed her Polestar Pilates certification—an experience that ignited a passion for Pilates and its ability to empower clients in their rehabilitation journey, helping people rediscover freedom in movement.

On moving back to NZ Nina has completed further training in scoliosis management, Pinc and Steel Cancer Rehabilitation and Pelvic Health training.

Nina takes a holistic approach to care, integrating education, manual therapy, and exercise rehabilitation, while also considering key lifestyle factors. She is committed to achieving long-term, sustainable outcomes for her clients.
