Concession Policies:
Concessions: must be paid before attending the first class and expire within 3 or 6 months of purchase. No refunds are available.
Cancellation policy: cancellations made with less than 16 hours notice will be charged at full price.
arc Wellness Studios reserves the rights to to change pricing at their discretion.

Membership Terms:
Payments debited from your Credit Card before your first class, each week.
Regular class/classes must be booked ongoing. Make-up classes are available for 7 days if a booking is cancelled with 16 hours notice. We can not guarantee availability of suitable class times. 16 hour Cancellation Policy applies.
Membership Holidays: Available for breaks of greater than 2 weeks with 2 weeks notice by email.
Termination of Membership: 1 month notice must be given by email before ceasing the Membership. Minimum 1 month term.
No refunds are available.
