Pelvic Health Pilates

At arc Pilates Flow and arc Movement Studios we offer Pilates-based classes that help strengthen the whole body including the Pelvic floor and surrounding areas. We learn to breathe well to assist the Pelvic structures when loading and work towards postural improvements to allow the whole body to work optimally.

arc Pilates Flow Classes are curated to you individually, by experienced Pilates teachers, and exercises are targeted and modified to your bodies needs as you learn to integrate your pelvic floor strength and mobility, with whole body movement, Posture and Breathe.

4 person individualised studio class.

arc Movement Studios runs specialist classes for Pregnancy, Post Natal and Pelvic Organ Prolapse (POP) , if a time is not seen on our timetable please enquire as we are often updating our classes.

6 person reformer pilates class.

1 in 4 New Zealanders have incontinence, this makes it common, but it is not normal!
