Our philosophy at arc Wellness Studios is to educate people to understand their body and how to move safely and efficiently through a varied Pilates repertoire. We aim to give clients the tools to apply good movement to their everyday life. By developing proper technique, you can retrain your body to move in safer, more efficient patterns of motion – invaluable for injury recovery, sports performance, good posture and optimum heath.

Pilates increases strength and flexibility as well as improving posture, stability and alignment. It emphasises concentration on smooth, flowing movement and proper breathing. You become acutely aware of how your body feels, where it is in space and how best to control its movement.

Private and Duo Pilates sessions utilise all Pilates equipment including the Reformer, Trapeze table, Wunda Chair and Ladder Barrels as well as Mat work. Theses sessions are a great way to work towards your goals and your bodies needs in a safe supportive environment.
